Reservation Policy

Dining Areas (As Seen On [Standard = Regular Tables/Indoor] [Outdoor = Fire pit Tables/Outdoor Patio] Dining Time Limits: Parties of 6 or more (2 hours maximum) Parties of 6 or less (1.5 hours maximum) Important Information: - Outdoor Reservations have a minimum spend of $75 from 5PM till close on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays - If you are booking a same-day reservation anytime between Friday – Sunday, we please ask that you reconfirm your reservation via OpenTable or give us a call at +1 (202) 393-1111 - Please ensure the email and phone number on your reservation is up-to-date in case we have to contact you regarding your reservation. - We have a strict 15 minute grace period for all parties running late. After 15 minutes, your reservation will no longer be 100% guaranteed. In the event that you are running late (we get it, life happens!) We ask that you please give us a call at +1 (202) 393-1111 so that we can adjust accordingly. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Reservations can be cancelled or modified 2 days before with no charge. Party sizes of 10 or more will be required to provide credit card information in order to make a reservation. For large parties (10 or more guests) there is a cancellation/no-show penalty of $5 per guest on the reservation.

Dress Policy

Urban Roast promotes a business casual dining atmosphere and the dress policy is family-friendly. We kindly ask our guests to abide by this policy to create an enjoyable experience for all guests. The following items are prohibited: • Visible undergarments • Transparent, mesh, or revealing clothing • No clothing that displays profanity or forms of hate speech • Shoes and shirts mandatory always *Please remember it is within our legal right to refuse to serve a customer.*
